Founder

I'm a problem solver who happens to speak fluent marketer, developer, designer, and executive — and has spent a career translating between all of them.

My background sits at a rare intersection: enough strategic depth to run a product roadmap or design a retention program, enough technical fluency to write the front-end code and manage the integrations, and enough marketing experience to understand what actually moves customers.

After nearly a decade embedded inside one of DTC's most data-driven wine subscription brands — rising from front-end developer to Solutions Architect — I started Technologism to bring that same caliber of thinking to brands that need a senior operator, not a junior agency hand.

I believe in using AI and automation to eliminate busywork so humans can do human work at their highest level. That philosophy runs through everything I build.

2024–Present

Director of Customer Experience & Product

Crowned Skin

Full ownership of retention, loyalty, email and SMS marketing, martech strategy, data and analytics, and web integrations. Serving as a senior operator embedded directly in the business.

2024–2025

Solutions Architect

Naked Wines

Subject matter expert on internal technology within a newly formed global architecture team. Reviewed and analyzed technology changes across departments, built MVPs and prototypes, evaluated third-party tools, and managed integrations via Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side).

2020–2024

Director of Product

Naked Wines

Led web strategy and ecommerce product for the US market. Owned conversion rate optimization, A/B testing programs, and new customer funnel strategy. Managed both local and global roadmaps, collaborating across business, product, marketing, and data teams. Handled end-to-end test delivery — including writing and deploying code — to minimize time to real-world learnings.

2017–2020

Senior Manager — Design & Development

Naked Wines

Responsible for all aspects of the US website — user flow, funnel optimization, front-end A/B testing, web design, and overall customer experience. Managed a team covering graphic design, print design, and front-end development. Worked directly with marketing, merchandise, wine, and operations teams.

Core website maintenance and development, new page design and build, UI/UX design, and user flow optimization as part of the US creative and marketing team.
